For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the "Prize" refers to one (1) Steam key for Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical.

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This is a free giveaway open to worldwide entries from the 17th to the 27th of June.

Only one entry per email will be accepted. One (1) winner will be selected at random each day from all entrants to receive the Prize by Summerfall Studios and notified each day from the 20th - 26th inclusive via email as well as their name posted on social media (Twitter/X). No purchase necessary. Entries will close after the final winner on the 26th is announced.

The winner each day will receive an email within 7 days including their Steam Key.

Winners will not be required to pay to enter this giveaway. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Twitter/X are not in any way affiliated or involved in the giveaway.

Each entrant shall enter the competition via the Typeform provided by submitting their email address and name. Summerfall Studios reserves the right to re-roll the random selection if provided name is inappropriate for posting on social media, and Summerfall Studios reserves the right to make that decision as to whether the name is inappropriate. If we suspect a larger number of entries are being submitted by bot emails or bot accounts, we reserve the right to exclude those emails from the competition. Summerfall Studio’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Summerfall Studios will not be held liable if the provided prize cannot be fulfilled due to territory or region locks.

Summerfall Studios will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. We take no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Summerfall Studios liability under or in connection with the giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Summerfall Studios shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

The first name and email address of the winner must be provided to Summerfall Studios if requested. The first name will be shared as part of fulfilment of the Prize on social media.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Summerfall Studio’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The winner’s name and social media username if provided may be posted on the social media profiles of Summerfall Studios after the winner has been selected.
